Consulting Supervision is monthly support provided to BCBAs who are providing supervision to trainees accruing fieldwork hours.
As of January 1, 2022, new BCBA supervisors are required to have a qualified, consulting supervisor meet with them every month to provide guidance on effective supervision practices, and that’s exactly what we do!

Mentorship involves a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing guidance and supervision to other professionals in Behavior Analysis.
Mentorship meetings consist of a variety of topics that are specific to what the mentee is seeking and are completely individualized. Past sessions with previous clients have covered:
navigating conflict in the workplace

exploring career shifts to other subspecialty areas
